I'm not sure if this has been done before. I checked the marketplace, but could not find a component that matched my needs.
I am in need of a map component that displays flows from one city to another. The thing is, I need those lines to disappear after a set amount of time (1-2 seconds or so). The data is being fed from an excel sheet that is dynamically updated. The duration is not from the data, but should be set to a permanent value.
I've been messing around with the already existing flow map in the marketplace, but the lines generated are permanent. Perhaps it can be tweaked to meet my needs. Ideally, only a few lines at a time from the data should be shown on the map, after which new lines are generated and removed and so on.
Would this functionality be possible in Power BI?
