Create Teams PowerBI Tab programatically

Is it possible to create the PowerBI tab on a MS teams site and configure it for a particular report or dashboard programatically?  Essentially I am trying to do the provisioning of that tab for our end users, without having to side load a custom app.

The embedding features for Power BI Service are

1. Publish to web from Power BI
   This feature makes it easy to embed a Power BI report, just embed a iframe with the embeding link. However, as the name indicates, this feature is public to web. Anyone has the embedding link can access the report.
2. Embedding for your organization
   This feature works for your organization. Everyone has to log in before accessing the embedded reports/dashboards.
3. Embedding for your customers
   This feature works for your end users who's not in your organizaion. Report viewers don't have to log in, you control the access all by your own.

For embedding customization, you can reference above 3. 

I don't know Microsoft team, as to intergration with Microsoft Team, there's an online blog Power BI teams up with Microsoft Teams. If this is not your case, you may have to do some dev stuff in MS Team with the 3 options accordingly.
