I have a column like this

orange

need an out put like
mange 4

Just drag the column and measure above to Values field of a Table visual.
Add a multiple card box with your fruit column.
It will display every distinct fruit name
Then create a new measure :
Mesure_CountGlobal = COUNTROWS(YourTable[Fruit])
Add this measure to your multiple card box.
And now you have a count for each value !
