When I enter edit mode in my embedded reports, I have to option to enable the Copilot and Insights panes from the View menu, but both of them are empty.
Is it possible to use Copilot in my embedded reports. If not, is it possible to hide these menu items?

I've run into similar issues with Copilot in embedded reports , those panes often appear empty because the feature requires specific licensing and configurations that don't always carry over cleanly into embedded contexts.
If you're looking for a reliable way to add natural language Q&A inside embedded dashboards without Copilot licensing hurdles, you might find our PowerMind project interesting. It's built specifically for embedding AI directly into Power BI reports.
You can see a quick demo of how it works in this LinkedIn post: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7438407183161065472
