Connecting to Jira Server API over http (not https)

Hello, 

I am using the Power BI Content pack and am able to connect to the server (no errors), but there are no records returned. I saw a previous post suggesting that's due to using http: rather than https. Unfortunately, our server uses http and we've been unable to configure https on it. 

Is this the reason I'm getting zero records returned? Is there any way around this?
