We have a two teams in my department; a small, specialized team and a broader team. The smaller team works exclusively out of a group email box in outlook. Completed requests go into a "completed" folder that I connect to with Microsoft Outlook Online as my data source, and create email metrics and analytics based on emails received, emails sent per team member, etc
However, the broader team has a shared inbox to receive requests, but naturally work out of their individual employee email accounts as well, and often get requests sent directly to them. Is it possible to connect to the teams teams individual email inboxes, either one at a time or in bulk, and pull the same data without adding their inbox to my Outlook account the way the shared inboxes are?
