I am trying to connect to a client's sharepoint data files. The CFO granted me access to the files, therefore I can see them on line in the sharepoint site, however, I am not able to connect to the data through Power BI. I am being asked to provide credentials, which I have my own through my 365 subscription. Any solutions?
has anyone been able tofind a solution to this problem?

Did you get any error message when you try to connect to the files in Sharepoint? Which method you are using to connect to it? By Sharepoint folder or other connector?
Please review the following thread which has the similar requirement as yours, hope it can help you find something or solve the problem....

HI @michael_Schmidt
When you are prompted to sign in as user, there is normally an option to "Use Another Account". In the example, below, the first is my org SSO, the second should not go via another route where you have been granted guest access. Have you tried this option?
