Configure dataset refresh schedule in C# using API

Is there any way to configure dataset refresh schedule using the PowerBI API? I've been looking at the documentation and can't seem to see anything helpful. There are ways to refresh a dataset, but not on how to configure it in an app. 

Or am I not seeing it correctly? Is there any way to do this?
