Access to dashboard
I gave access to people on a dashboard is there a way to give them also access to another dashboard without doing that manually again

I don't think you can share power bi contents without permission settings.
Perhaps you can move these contents to 'group workspace' or package them to an app, then you can share this content with other users without multiple permission configurations.
