"Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way, via the API or another method, to find out if reports are being shared from the My Workspace of all users in the Premium capacity?"
The more urgent question should be - why did you put the "My Workspace" workspaces on the premium capacity in the first place?
Groups - Get Group Users - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn
Hello Ibendlin
I did not put "My Workspace" on the Premium capacity in the first place. All users have shared Workspaces, and the idea was to see if users were sharing reports from their My Workspaces. I eventually figured out how to get the information. Based on the script provided by Microsoft to audit the Premium capacity, I reworked the report using the Workspaces.csv file and all the AuditRecords2024XXXXXXX.csv files. I managed to obtain the operation date, operation, WorkspaceName, ReportName, report owner, and the person viewing the report.
Thank you and have a great day.
