API Registering App not working

The case is this :

I registered an app in dev.powerbi.com and got the client id . It worked last week when I tried it out (for refreshing reports).

Today I come in the office and I start getting errors that there are no apps registered on that client id.

So I go in to dev.powerbi again and register a new app. And nothing works. Getting this error :

"The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID ...."

Can anyone explain why the first app somehow wanished and/or why newly registered apps simply don't work ?

For the "consented to use..." error, please log in Azure portal with the account registered that app and grant permissions.

Also ensure that the Power BI service has all delegated perssions(11).
