API Error congnitive service

Hello,
I am trying to call congnitive service from Power BI but I am getting the following the error;

DataSource.Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from https://api.cognitive.microsoft.com/V2/Http.svc/Translate?text=%09Bottle%09&to=%20Fr(404😞 Resource Not Found
Details:
DataSourceKind=Web
DataSourcePath=https://api.cognitive.microsoft.com/V2/Http.svc/Translate
Url=https://api.cognitive.microsoft.com/V2/Http.svc/Translate?text=%09Bottle%09&to=%20Fr

I am trying to convert the text in french by using a custom column, please can you advise. Thanks

First of all the cognitive api which you are using is deprecated see the reference below

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/translator/reference/v2-0-reference

You can use the new below Translator Text API v3.0

In order to achieve you request you need to call the below API as POST and not GET method

https://api.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com/translate?api-version=3.0&to=de&to=it&to=ja&to=th

along with the Headers as Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key
