API:Dataset-Update Data Sources support ODBC connection

Hi All, Does the API:Dataset-Update Data Sources support ODBC connection??Could anyone give a clear explanation on this or if we have a blog on this . OR Do we have JSON code which can help us to create an API and connect that API with Gateway for data refresh.. We need api ability to add data sources to gateway and configure?

What exactly are you trying to update?  the credentialdetails? The data source type doesn't matter much for this API call, you can't change it.
