Hi,
I am using ALM toolkit to push changes to my data model to different workspaces. I have am able to push changes in some workspaces but not others. I have a PPU licences, all workspaces have embedded capacity and I have verified that XMLA access is on in the Admin portal and the PPU user is set to read/write.
I can't figure out why I am getting this error. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
It looks like you can't make changes to this dataset. Please contact a capacity administrator to make sure XMLA read/write support is enabled in the capacity settings on the Power BI Premium capacity, and then try again. For additional information, see 'XMLA read/write support' in the product documentation.

Hi @Anonymous,
This error message should relate to the permissions and usage scopes, I'd like to suggest you double check if these content really hosted in premium capacity.
BTW, the contents will be assigned as shared capacity and not able to work with premium features(XMLA endpoint in premium feature) if the premium capacity has full .

Xiaoxin Sheng
