www.quicktapsurvey.com API problem

Hello smart people!  I need your help.

Im using a website (https://www.quicktapsurvey.com) but their API functions are baffling me.  I have the API key, but I cant work out what to do in PBI to make it happen.  Is there anyone here that can distill their documentation into a 'how to'guide for me?
