what does the radius scale relate to on the pbi heatmap?

Im creating a heatmap with long/lat of service providers.  Each has a specific reach.

I'd like to know what the radius scale relate to - the default is 32 - Is it 32km?

How does the radius relate to the scale at the top of the map? (0.00m; 250m; 500m; 750m; 1.00m)

"Radius" defines how close two data points can be aggregated together. If you like to see more details, you may reduce the value. Please refer to below links to get more detailed description about heatmap.
