we couldnt authenticate with the credentials provided

Hi Team

 

I am trying to get response from devops using odata url

https://XXXXXXXX/XXXXXX/XXXX/_odata/v3.0-preview

But i am getting below message

we couldnt authenticate with the credentials provided(I have provided windows credentials in datasource settings and privacy level organization)

    prasad128 , what is the data source. Does it support windows Auth. Have tried with user id password. Is VPN or Port access all setup properly.
