Hi,
I am stuck with a small issue. Hoping you guys can help resolve it.
I have to display stores with sales variance consisting of drill down on year, qtr and month.
I thought that waterfall chart would be a suitable candidate for the requirement. The number of stores are lot more and the others category becomes big in both increase and decrease.
Are there any options to reduce the number of stores displayed in the chart e.g. may be based on variance change % that the user can select.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @PowerBILeaner ,
We can use a slicer to reduce the number of stores, the result like this,
If it doesn’t meet your requirement, could you please provide a mockup sample based on fake data? Or show the exact expected result based on the tables that we have shared? Please upload your files to OneDrive For Business and share the link here.
Please don't contain any Confidential Information or Real data in your reply.
BTW, pbix as attached.

Hi @v-zhenbw-msft,
Thanks for your reply.
Your power bi solution represents the correct scenario with one difference, i.e. number of stores. We have around 350.
We already have detail page about a single store but it is quite time consuming to go to each store.
We want to shortlist the ones which are declining in sales based on various parameters e.g. variance change %, Total revenue difference or others.
A slicer of Variance change % will help, but i am not sure how to create that.
