want to create Time Period slicer having Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly as drop-down option values.

Hi Genious Community, I need one help from the community.

PROBLEM: I have Period columns(PERIOD_YEAR, PERIOD_QUARTER and MONTH) in my Fact Table as shown in image below,

I want to create Time Period slicer having three values under it - Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly as drop down option. So, if using these period columns - looking for some way to create the solution for this Time period slicer to use in my filters.
Expected slicer result: illustrated in the image below-

Any help/idea would be really appreciate
