vertical count

Hi all,

I'm trying to insert a New Column with a calculation which will do a vertical count of appointments for each individual user ID.

So for example user XYZ may have had 5 appointments, they will have 5 rows of data. The next user only had 2 appointments so only has two rows of data. I've got about 8500 rows of data but dont know how to write this formula?

Any help would be amazing thanks

Try this formula

=
CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( TableName ), ALLEXCEPT ( TableName, TableName[User] ) )
