Hi @cham ,

Current power bi visuals not allow you to setting multiple sort order fields, you can consider to sort them on query table side and add index column.

    #"Sorted Rows" = Table.Sort(#"Changed Type",{{"Date", Order.Ascending}, {"State", Order.Descending}, {"Count", Order.Ascending}}),
    #"Added Index" = Table.AddIndexColumn(#"Sorted Rows", "Index", 1, 1)

After these steps, you can use index and originale table fields to create table visual to achieve your requirement.

Notice: don't forget to modify aggregation mode of index to 'don't summarize'.
