Hello everyone, I wanted to know if it is possible to create a date slicer, which would allow selected dates to be highlighted in a line graph instead of filtering the report, in short I would like the selected dates to be highlighted but not the other dates filtered

Hi @Lterzi
Unfortunately, this functionality isn't possible.
Slicer is a filter by its nature, this is the way it is programmed and this is what it can do.

More of that the line chart cannot be "highlighted" from other visual, just filtered.

In contrast to the column chart which you can highlight according to other visuals except for slicers

Hi, but would it be possible to create a measure with which I can achieve the same effect, i.e. using the sclicer to filter the measure in the visual object, or alternatively use the field parameters to achieve the same effect?

Hi @Lterzi
No, because all of those have a filter effect, and you want some "format" effect.
