 i want to remove that average that comes before the legend, is there a way to do it ?

go to power query editor

right click on column you're using for the legend and "Replace Values"

then do this for each of the items in your legend column. You can rename them as you want then. Hope this helps!

no because it would just switch from average to sum for an example, what i want to do is remove that words that always come before what i want people to see on the legends.

I assume that is aggregation name comes along column name every time depends on the aggregation you change. If that is the case you can change the name in the fields by double clicking column names in the highlighting area, Please refer the below,
