Drillthrough Option not showing under Button Action.
I looked under File/options/Preview and didn't see the choice for the drillthrough option as an action.
I have a button that I want to use in a filtered report to drillthrough to another tab. The Drillthrough right mouse click works perfectly, however I want a button available for visibility purposes.
Can anyone provide any insight?

Make sure you are on the right build. It needs to be the cloud version, not for Power BI Report Server. I am not sure when Report Server will get this feature.
You should be on May 2020 to not see it in Preview as it has released. If you were on April or March, it would be there. If you are on Feb (or Jan?) or earlier, or 2019, it won't be there as it didn't exist yet.
Otherwise, the button action should be there in the Action settings.

MCSA: BI ReportingI'm on July 2019. Is there a way to update directly from BI or do I have to go through the entire download process again?
Thanks for the quick response and easy to follow instructions!
I actually think we are connected to the service... app.powerbi.com; not the cloud, so looks like I won't be able to use this really great feature....
app.powerbi.com is the cloud. You should be ok. You just need to install the latest version. It overwrites. Normally Power BI desktop will tell you there is an update, but it just helps with the link to download.
If you are on Windows 10 your best bet is to install it from the Windows Store. That gets updated automatically when you aren't looking.
