Seams an error with many people in the similar thread: Unable to login to my account in the Power BI Desk...

But the issue haven't been reported internally, you can termenantly try the workaroud "Rolling back to April 2023 version 2.116.966.0". I will follow up the issue, if there is any progress, I will update here.
