unable to share the dashboard with external users

Hello,

Just wondering why I am not able to share the Dashboards with external users.  The External Users has different Domain Address at the end of their email. I am getting the Share option and I can see that user email in the shared list, but the other users are not receiving the email notification. Even, I tried to share the link with them directly. But, it is showing that he/she doesn't have access to that dashboard.

My email is like :  myname@xyz.com

Other email like: yourname@abc.com

Please note, the external users are under 60 Days Pro trail.

Thank you.  I know how to share the dashboards with other.  The Problem is, the other user (external) are not getting any sharing emails after i shared with them.

I can achieve it by selecting Send email notification to recipients.
