unable to read the data from the transport connection powerbi 3gb file

@osamamuhammad , we usually keep the file size small on desktop and load data on service

yes we know that keeping file size small resolves my issue but unfortunately in my case I have compressed by following these two videos also, after that it is at 3GB.

Now the question is how do I resolve it using 3GB file
