uk postcode

Hello,
I can't discover any documentation which described how to create a filled map from a UK postcode outcode.  The outcode is also known at the postcode district.  

I would like to use the UK outcode e.g. BS8 in BS8 2NW to plot a filled map.
There is alot of confusion on this subject.  What is the official answer?  Does anybody have any hints or tips?

The UK has 4 hierarchical levels of Postal codes and the lowest level of detail is not supported by Bing.

Could you please share some data sample here, regarding the postcode district?

Filled map uses bing map to generate, Bing Maps uses the field in the Location well to create the map.  The location can be a variety of valid locations: countries, states, counties, cities, zip codes or other postal codes etc. Bing Maps provides filled map shapes for locations around the world. Without a valid entry in the Location well, Power BI cannot create the filled map.

I need to plot a filled map using the UK postcode system.

A valid postcode is: BS8 2NW.
The first letters or letter is called the area code, e.g. BS
The first section (before the space) is called the postcode district e.g. BS8

The first character after the space is called the postcode sector, BS8

I don't know what the next level is called but it is useful to plot nonetheless e.g. BS8 2N.  I call it sector plus 1.
My question is how can power BI plot each of the above in separate filled maps?
