trying to make a table

forum excell.PNGIm essentially trying to recreate this colored table in BI.  I have all the data in BI but i have no idea how to create the data into a pivot table which would give me the values for the table.

You need to create 3 mesures for row and select region in column for matrix visuals.

Is this in Excel or Power BI Desktop? In Desktop, you would use a matrix visualization and then you would need to use Conditional Formatting most likely.

The picture is from excel and i want to recreate it in BI

You need to create 3 seperate tables and align them in such a way that it looks like a table. I guess this is the only workaround in powerbi.

Hi

With Measures, you can do this in Matrix visual, for background colouring, you need to use conditional formatting.

If you need more details, you need to share how your source data looks like.

Thanks

Raj
