truncating data in navigation table

Hi i  am in process of  creating a custom connector. i have made data available in navigation table.My only problem is what if a table contains thousands of rows.I dont want all rows to be viewed or queried in preview(only need certain rows say 100) . i want them only when load button is pressed. is there a way to do this as i am a newbie to power query ? i have also searched online and docs couldnt find any pls help .

It is not supported currently.

If you are using a query statement, you can consider adding conditions to the query statement.
