transform data help

Hi Everyone,

I have excel file (input screenshot). i want to convert date in output screenshot.

When i transform 1st row from input. It become JAN_1,JAN_2 something,

please help me on this

Select the columns that you want to bring from headers into rows and Unpivot them.
