tooltip on datalabel and title of the charts

hi

my business asked for this requirement if this something possibele . can you let me know on this?. If they hoover on the ST label it should be in signon tax and if they hover on HT label it should be honey tax . I achived if i can hover over on the bar but business is asking if i can do at lable level. Is this something possible?

Similar request is made if i can show the description of the report when i hover over on the title . Is this possible in any way ?

In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you to create a report tooltip page to display custom tooltip based on mouse hover value.
