tablix not show a project that it has remove filters in the measure

Hi guys, 

i have a table like this

Country	Project	VALUE
Colombia	A	50
Spain	B	50
Spain	C	50
Spain	D	50
Spain	E	50
Italy	F	50
Chile	G	50
Italy	H	50

So i have different projects in different countries with a value of something.

I have a filter page that it is the country and i have selected all except Chile becasue 10 visuals want to use that filter ok? but then i have a visual that i need to show that table

So i have created the measure

Measure (MW) = 

var A = CALCULATE(Project[value], 
    
    REMOVEFILTERS(Project[Country])
    )

Var B = 
CALCULATE(Project[value], 
    
    ALL(Project[Country])
    )

Return
B

Using A or B, it build the tablix with a correct total (400) but it not show all the projects.. it show all projects except Chile, that if you sum individually it has 350. So the total is ok, but not individually. That i want is to be able to show the table with all projects ignoring the filter applied, so individuallly will be correct and total will be correct

is there any way to do that? or with that filter.. the tablix will not show me that project never?

Hi @dobregon ,

You could use edit interactions.

refer the below ,even I only choose one .The default visual also show the all values.
