table calendar mode direct

Is it possible to generate a calendar table while maintaining the direct mode?

Hi @mauriciosotero ,

 

As the online document, Time intelligence capabilities are not available in DirectQuery. For example, special treatment of date columns (year, quarter, month, day, so on) is not supported in DirectQuery mode.

I don’t think so, because in the direct mode the creation of new tables and columns is disable

What I don't understand is why I need a gateway for a table that is generated in dax, that is, no data is taken from any server
