sum of the subsequent fields of columns

Hello,

I am a beginner in Power BI and DAX. 

I would like to calculate a sum of the subsequent fields of the "Value" column 

and to write it in the "Sum" column, in the way it is written in the attached screens.

The calculation of this sum should include the chosen filter ("Filtr")

in the "Slicer".
