Hi, I want to sum some rows but the output format is a bit complicated (see below).
The input data format looks almost like the photo (except for the bolded rows, because that should be the outcome of the summation). The formula for summation is in Column 2 (for example, #4 will be the sum of #1, 2, 3). The output format should look like the photo as well.
The problem I am having is:
- PowerBI Matrix will show the row total, but only for #4 and #8. For figures on #9, #15, etc, I don't know how to any more. I can sum #1 to #7 to get #9, but then I don't know how PowerBI can show the result as the desired format.
It sounds so simple but I still can't figure it out 😅. Can anyone kindly help please? Thank you!
P.s: I had to keep it general as it is internal data. But I hope that's enough for you to imagine what I am trying to do and what trouble I'm having.
