subtract two self made tables

Hi everyone,

 

Does anyone know how to subtract 2 self made columns from each other. For example I made these tables from my data in powerbi. Now I want to subtract both from each other and put the results in a new table.

I don't quite understand what you mean "subtract both from each other". Can you explain it and share the expected result?
