I had a quick question regarding an error in Power BI that we are facing now. We were using the Pro (trial) version of Power BI earlier and everything was going on smoothly where, we were able to share reports with each other and the audience was able to view them.

Today my account was assigned the Power BI Pro license (full blown version) and when I share a report with any user (who has a pro trial license), he gets the below error.

Hi @Dibyendu,

I'd like to suggest you contact to your tenant admin to check if your license is activated.
BTW, if your license is purchase from partner(official method is purchase from office 365 admin portal), you need to contact to this partner for active issues.

If above not help, please share more detail informations to help us clarify your scenario.

We checked and found the licence has been activated. Still the same error. Please help.

Which user are you shared? External or internal? Datasource type? Security setting (RLS)?
