You may need to add some more detail but if you want a stacked column chart with four values per column simply add the columns to the "values" section and they'll stack based on what you have on your axis.
If you are only wanting four columns then limit the axis by filtering.

i know that.. that is very simple chart... its not possible to create with that visual... I wants to create (stack+clustered chart) as given in the link.
@Anonymous sadly that may not be possible with the current visuals. Try the marketplace. Maybe theres something more specific that can resolve your issue. Sorry I wasn't able to assist!
