you can use this in Power Query:
For Surname
= Table.AddColumn(#"Inserted Text Length", "Text After Delimiter", each Text.AfterDelimiter([Name], " "), type text)
For Name
= Table.AddColumn(#"Removed Columns", "Text Before Delimiter", each Text.BeforeDelimiter([Name], " "), type text)
