Hi,
I have to columns : (1) and (2) , column (1) is test and column (2) is number ( 1...10)
I want to sort column (1) by column column (2) with desending order. How can I do this? Thanks!
@ChiragGarg2512 "If the requirement is to sort the whole table, instead of just a visual. Go to table and sort the column that contains the sorting information, i.e. in this case column(2). This can be done by clicking on the down arrow button on the right of the name of the column." --- Have we option to choose "descending" sorting ? I used this but it sorted with ascending automatiscally !
Click on column(1) in data pane. Then in column tools, there is an option to sort by column, after selecting the desired column to sort. In option of the visual, sort axis can help with ascending and descending.
If the requirement is to sort the whole table, instead of just a visual. Go to table and sort the column that contains the sorting information, i.e. in this case column(2). This can be done by clicking on the down arrow button on the right of the name of the column.
