slicer filter problems

I have a slicer in my rapport and filter some of the city's away so you see only the city's that I want to see in my rapport. When I publish this rapport to the internet and activate the link than the filter is gone and you all the city's???? What is happening here?

Another problem is that I have population piramide with 10 age classes from 0 to 90. No problem, but when I publish it to the internet one piramide looks good and the other one is upsite down. When I go back to my rapport everything is OK.

My problem in general is that by publishing some things are changed, is that normal?
