single select dropdown capures the value

Hi all,

I am facing an issue with single select dropdown it stores the value at the time of publishing and later if dataset does not even have that value anymore. it still filter based on that eg: if September is removed from dataset it will still show september when report opens.

if in systems dropdown one of the system is later removed from dataset it will still filter based on that system.
