simulating a menu in pbi

Hi.  I have to ask this question both as "with the service" and without.

My peer has a handful of ms access "business area" ui screen forms with 30 - 40 somewhat organized buttons on each.   A business area might be "marketing"  or "finance" or "operations" or "customer service" etc.  Most of the buttons bring up a form that allows printing specific info based on parameters.

if i DONT have the pbi service i already know that possible alternatives for arranging this menu like feel include 1) standing my reports side by side with ssrs and using Report Manager folders , 2) arranging the pbix files right in the file system in folders that are perhaps 1 or 2 levels deep.  Is there another option?

If i DO HAVE  the pbi service (i'm not so well informed here) i believe the most obvious approach woul be to use workspaces (named "marketing" etc) that would then have permissions set appropriately.  Is this the only approach when we do have the service?  And can workspaces used this way be further broken down into subfolders?

As of now there is no subfolder option in both report server and Service

thx vijay.  i just want to be clear.  RM always has folders (aka paths or menus) so i have to believe that functionality is there for side by side ssrs and pbi.  but are you saying that underneath workspaces in the service, there is no further navigation possible? that we'll just see a list of reports etc, probably showing alphabetically?
