similarity of two text in power bi (fuzzy lookup or cosine similarity)

I have two tables and want to compare two columns. Table2 would be a slicer table.Is there anyway it can. be implemented in power bi?

Table1          Table2                              Similarity

A little dog    A quick brown Fox... a Dog's back   0.259340659340659
John made $57.  Sue earned 57 Dollars               0.214285714285714

How to  calculate your  Similarity according your sample? Not clearly.
