show visuals from 2 different dashboards - MySQL localhost

Hi,

I have 2 separate dashboards with 2 separated localhosts in MySQL. Dashboards are almost the same. The first one is for Region US and the second one is for Europe (dashboard must be separated because different clients from different regions are using them). I want to create 3rd dashboard for top management that will show data from these 2 dashboards.

The third dashboard will look exactly the same. I just want to add an extra filter named Region and if they select US it will show visuals from dashboard 1. If they select Europe it will show visuals from dashboard 2. I also want to create an extra summary page that will show data from all regions. Each dashboard contains around 3 mln records in the dataset and the number of records is growing rapidly each week.

I was reading about paginated reports and how to implement this functionality but is it the best and most efficient way to show visuals from different dashboards in my case? Maybe there is something else that I should consider?

Adrian_Sobczyk First things first, when you say "dashboard" are you referring to an actual Power BI dashboard (only available in the Service) or are you referring to a what is really called a "report" in Power BI? Just making sure because a lot of people use the word "dashboard" when they really mean "report" and those are two very different objects in Power BI

Dashboard for me is everything that is in .pbix file. I have 2 files and so for me, I have 2 dashboards. If it is called report then I am sorry for the confusion.

I am refreshing and updating .pbix files every week and publishing my updates using Publish functionality in PowerBI Desktop.
