sharing app issues
hey, I created a powerbi app and want to share it with external user from other domains I added the guest users in microsoft entra, then share app to them, but then, got this error, how can solve...
Usually that should be sufficient. Not sure what else it could be. Ask them to check with their tenant admin.
lbendlin exactly is what I thought, as mentioned I test this process with other email and everything worked but I was able to manage the admin for those domains
for different users with other domains that I don't manage and them don't either (probably their IT dept) the access didn't work, maybe they have some workspace permissions disabled and they cannot see the app even though the access was provided
They didnt follow the process correctly, that's why the access was wrong
