share the dataset in the powerbi desktop

I have created a dataset, i want to share my dataset to the all my manager.

How i can do that..

@narrapriya1 There is no "share" mechanism in the desktop app. The share is done from the Power BI site. If you don't want to push your file to the site, the only option you have is to send them the file, or put it in a central location where they can open it.

If you do want to use the site, and only want to share the dataset (model) - you need to create an organizational content pack and just share the dataset.

The site actions assume you have a Pro License, if you don't you can't use the org content pack.
