v-lid-msft I recalled why I use a web source. I could not connect to the sharepoint online list. This is the error.
However, I am not the administrator for both PBI and sharepoint. Can anyone share with me what is wrong with this error and any solution to it?

Seems like your URL is not correct. Are you using the '.aspx' link from sharepoint. Could you please try to trimmed down the end as following?
https://COMPANYWEBSITE.sharepoint.com /SitePages/Home
