scatter chart did not show entire shape

It seems the entire shape of max and min value did not shown, how to solve this? Thank you.

@Anonymous , For each axis we have Start and end, You can hard code or use measure to control that

 

example a measure for End/max value

 

max(Table[Value])* 1.2
